Gallagher Chiefs
Splice Construction has been a proud sponsor of the Gallagher Chiefs since 2014. In 2018, we moved into the Major Sponsor category.
We use the many benefits from this partnership to engage with our staff and clients, but also to pass some fantastic and inspirational experiences to sections of the community who wouldn’t otherwise experience professional sports first-hand. We love bringing families to support the Chiefs games.
Northern Districts Cricket
ND Cricket has an impressive development programme. We sponsor the development of youth pathways to ensure young children can fulfil their dreams to play for their region.
Splice Construction and the development program now extends to funding new Umpire shirts for the region, as well as supporting the continued development of Northern Districts junior pathway programs.
Successful initiatives in 2019/2020 included the Splice Construction “bring your used cricket bat” to the game - an initiative that cleaned up donated cricket gear for distribution to schools.
Ronald McDonald House Charities
RMHC do a fantastic job of supporting families from all over New Zealand to have “a home away from home” and ensure that families can stay together when a child is sick and needs hospital treatment. We wholeheartedly support a House being built here in Hamilton and will continue to support this valuable cause.
Waikato/BOP Magic
Splice Construction is proud to be the naming rights sponsor of the Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic netball team in the ANZ premiership.
The Magic team embodies the Splice Construction values of hard work, passion, innovation and giving back to the community.
The Waikato Bay of Plenty region develops the game from grassroots through to the elite players, covering approximately 50,000km across the central North Island. This partnership enables us to help them in supporting 26,000 netballers, coaches, umpires and managers.
We love working with the Magic to bring families to the game and we enjoy watching strong women represent the team with pride.
Waikato Rugby Union
Splice Construction is proud to be a major sponsor of the Waikato Rugby Union (WRU) men’s and women’s teams.
We see WRU as a very important organisation in the New Zealand rugby pathway and community and we’re very supportive of their work in developing the game at grassroots level in schools and clubs across the province.
