Our People
Ben started at Splice Construction in 2011 as a newcomer to the industry. He cut his teeth by working on the tools through all parts of the business, including barriers, fencing, retaining structures and civil construction.
Ben recently began studying towards his Diploma in Engineering and has moved into the Construction Technician role, assisting senior management with project management as well as running smaller civil projects.
Ben enjoys being a team player and building relationships with subcontractors and clients.
