We are looking for a Senior Heavy Machinery Mechanic to join our growing team. You can expect a competitive salary, good overtime hours with penal rates, and a great new location near Hamilton Airport. We work multiple projects all over the North Island, so no two days will be the same. And, with lots of work out in the field, the view from your office will always be interesting!  We also promise a variety of work and machinery.

We will need you to:

  • Assist in the provision of efficient and effective mechanical repairs and servicing of plant and equipment that is owned, leased or hired by Splice Construction Limited for the purposes of completing routine and non- routine work.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standard whilst also conducting the work in accordance with Company quality and health and safety management systems, policies, and protocols.
  • Keep all plant and equipment clean and tidy and in good working order and follow all applicable Company policies
  • Follow all applicable traffic laws.

Working in our busy environment, the ideal candidate will be flexible and able to think on their feet.
